Slazenger has introduced two new glove designs – the Elite Pro and Pro.
Elite Pro X-Lite Glove

Both the Elite Pro X-Lite and Pro X-Lite series of gloves are Slazenger’s extreme models for weight to protection levels and lead the way for comfort and cosmetics.

The Elite Series embraces the latest technology to further push the boundaries on protection, weight and comfort whilst the Pro Series gloves take onboard the core essence of cricket – classic protection with subtle cosmetics, to appeal to today’s cricketer.

Slazenger’s reputation for being innovators continues with the Impact Displacement System introduced to the Elite Pro X-Lite Glove which compliments Slazenger’s unrivalled and original airflow system on its gloves. 

Pro Glove

Elite Pro X-Lite has quad flex fingers which mould to your hand providing the ultimate in comfort and flexibility and an Impact Dispersion System (IDS) incorporating glassfibre roll bars in the lead fingers to maximise energy dispersion on impact.  The Armor-Tan Pittard Leather Palm wicks away moisture, dries soft and has increased abrasion qualities and includes a patterned palm for a confident grip. 

The Pro X-Lite has Glassfibre/Impact Protection Roll Bars which, combined with Slazenger’s unique high density foam overlays, has been developed to increase energy dispersion and generate unrivalled protection.  The Impact Absorption Foam absorbs the impact to reduce impact stress and increase protection levels.   The Pro X-Lite has traditional sausage-style fingers.

Elite Pro-Lite has Impact Protection Roll Bars and Triple Flex which moulds to the hand to offer excellent comfort and flexibility. The Pro-Lite, Academy Test and Panther have Impact Protection Roll Bars and traditional sausage-style fingers.

All the gloves have a two piece thumb and Slazenger’s unique Air Flow System, which keeps the player’s hands at their coolest whilst at the crease –reducing the need to change gloves as often and helping to maintain a secure grip.  Braided Slaz Tech fibre inserts in the fingers work in conjunction with impact materials to generate maximum finger protection.
